International delivery. We offer our customers free shipping.

Time limit :
The standard manufacturing lead times are as follows:

• Surma: 3 months 
• Karo: 5 months
• Wodaabe: 3 months
• Kara: 3 months
• Samburu: 2 months

Once the part is finalized, a notification email is sent to the client.

Full online payment:

For all orders placed online, the Customer pays the full amount of the order at the time of placement. Production of the item begins upon receipt of full payment.

Deposit at physical point of sale :
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total order amount is required at the time of ordering to begin production of your item. Production will commence upon receipt of the deposit.

Balance of an order placed in a physical store:
Once you receive the email notifying you that your part is ready, you have 10 business days to pay the remaining balance via the payment link provided. Delivery of the part will only take place after full payment has been received. If payment is not received within this timeframe, delivery will be postponed until the balance is paid in full, up to a maximum of 3 months from the date the part is ready. If payment is not received within this period, the order will be considered cancelled.

No exchanges can be made on the parts.

Right of withdrawal:
You have a legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the start of production of your item. To exercise this right, please contact: contact.eugeniecynthia[a]gmail.com

The return will be made to the chosen address within 5 to 10 working days following your request.

Terms :
The item must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, odorless (no perfume, detergent, or body odor), undamaged, and without stains or alterations to the embroidery. The item must be placed in its original packaging with the receipt and all accessories: box, tags, protective materials, booklets, etc.

Refund :
After satisfactory quality control, the refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days via the same payment method used for the initial purchase.

The order deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Eugénie Cynthia pieces are crafted with rare artisanal skill, handmade in France, combining embroidery, crochet, and sewing. Each creation requires up to several hundred hours of work and benefits from a bespoke approach.

Once full payment is received, the item will be delivered in person or shipped to the address provided by the Customer within 5 business days. Delivery arrangements will be agreed upon with the Customer beforehand.
